This study investigated discrimination level in the workplace on the job satisfaction of worker with disability and analyzed whether the effect is moderated by self-esteem. For the research we used 2,270 worker with disability from the 1st year data of second wave 2016 Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled (PSED). We executed hierarchical regression analysis in order to verify of the moderating effect self-esteem between discrimination level and job satisfaction. Research findings of this study are as follows. First, discrimination level in the workplace are found to have direct effect on job satisfaction. Second, we found the moderating effect of self-esteem between discrimination level and job satisfaction. I can suggest that differentiated programs on level of self-esteem are needed lest worker with disability should decline job satisfaction.
